1. Poor shift scheduling often means working up to 5-6 hours straight before getting a break. 2. Store’s upper management is renowned for hiring middle management that will always say yes and never be assertive (when it would be appropriate to do so) which usually means that the floor employees will not be backed up and will end up taking the brunt of miscommunications. It also means that real problems on the floor don’t get the real solutions that they desperately need. 3. General floor staff often had to fill lead roles with no additional wages or training but are disciplined for lead-related mistakes. 4. Part-timers are over booked, often blatantly ignoring the requested “off times” and it’s not uncommon for part time staff to be worked right to the edge but kept 1 hour away from full time employment so that they don’t receive full-time benefits and wages. There are very few actual “official” full time floor employees. 5. The back room / receiving management is very challenging and unrewarding to work with and as such most people have left from those positions under him. As a result, the floor staff can’t access the products they need in order to fulfill customer requests.

No training, they tend to fire people with no reason. Worst employer I have ever worked for and piece of advise don't waste your time and energy in this company.
