      Good part-time place to get awesome deals

      Pros

      Pro-deals from firearm dealers like browning, winchester, other accessories like vortex. Excellent discount from company branded merchandise. Able to work with a group of firearm enthusiasts, talk, make friends, share knowledge with co-workers and customers.

      Cons

      Maybe due to quick employee turn over rate in retail or maybe a management issue, it get extremely busy sometimes especially around hunting season, if there is one men down, maybe not even have the time for taking lunch break for gun counter when you see a huge line up of grown up babies waiting to get a new toy.

      Pros

      Can have semi meaningful interactions with customers due to the level of knowledge you will have in regards to the products you're selling. You may have opportunities for growth depending on your direct supervisors style of leadership. If you work here less than 3 days a week, you may be able to enjoy your time, just don't make this place your life or try to derive any meaning from it..

      Cons

      Majority of management is high strung, morning meetings are at best moderately encouraging but more often boring, and at worst a very discouraging/frustrating way to start your shift. Most employees are under-compensated, and not recognized or appreciated to the degree deserved.
