Cons
work-life balance is becoming a challenge, time-tracking policies have changed numerous times over the past 2 years and have become unnecessarily burdensome, the amount of red-tape needed to implement a simple change or get a project/idea off the ground has gone from mentioning it to the right person for approval and implementing, to forming a 10-person committee to review the idea for a month, investigate it's value and popularity, determine the level of effort from players who aren't even on the team (let-alone knowledgeable) to tickets, ticket, and more tickets... The bureaucracy is growing unbelievably dense.
