Pros

Working for Cabinets To Go has been a great experience. The Company truly cares about their employees. The competitive pay with NO commission caps also makes it worth it. Just like with any retailer, working on Saturdays are a must to be successful. The good thing about this is you are only required 40 hours a week. This means you can still have 2 days off in a work week. That is almost unheard of in sales

Cons

For some reason, we still meet customers every day that have never heard of Cabinets To Go.

Pros

Cabinets to go is a great place to work if you enjoy sales and meeting new people on a daily basis. The software we use is 2020 design so anything you want to make comes to life for the customer and makes it that much easier to sell.

Cons

There are cons at any company you work for and I think 99% of peoples answer would be I want to make more money. Luckily here we make commission on everything we sell plus an hourly wage. Not a lot of places offer both like that.
