This company offers some great free benefits to all employees! It begins with free medical and free dental insurance, which is very hard to find these days. There is also a free life insurance plan and accidental death policy available to all employees. The business provides these benefits to assist the family of the employees in times of tragedy. Additionally, CTG matches a 401 K plan at 100% for the first 3% contributed by the employee and 50% for the next 4% and 5%, and they have a generous PTO plan which accrues at 1.54 hours per week. In addition to the many free benefits available, the company also offers opportunities for monthly commission for store managers, monthly commission for sales associates with no cap, and warehouse bonuses for warehouse associates. There are always opportunities for upward movement since the company encourages hiring internally.

Cons

If you are coming from another area to work at Cabinets To Go in Lawrenceburg, TN, this is a small town, and you would not have access to all the amenities that you would normally find in a larger city. This only applies to this area. There are other Cabinets To Go locations in metropolitan areas that you could apply for. In regards to the culture of this location, employees in the Distribution Center sometimes respond negatively to situations that occur. There are many positions that occasionally require overtime.

CEO has lost his way! Numbers we and Regionals need to hit are unrealistic. Empty promises and low pay. Lazy and unprofessional Regionals, can I have Jarrod? Get more support from Carly than any Regional.
