The work is pretty easy. Repetition mainly. Coworkers are a riot and easy to get along with.

Cons

Such a lack of training company wide. Too many mistakes pushed under the rug as long as sales are made.

Great hours, pay, upper management, marketing, comradery, freedom, perks, no cap on 3% commission, work life balance. Products you can believe in and stand behind.

Cons

Being trainable and taking the lead on your own work you will be earning commission within your first month. You must be constantly trainable in all sales positions and this company is no different. The people I've seen unhappy here are the people who do not work for their customers as all sales people should. If you do not want to work for your customer you should seek out a career far away from sales. This is a con for the career path not for this company in particular. Specifically there are no cons that haven't been addressed and improved. When things do come up the team steps up.

Pros

Working for Cabinets To Go has been a very rewarding experience, as well as providing a unique set of challenges to overcome and grow from. As a Regional Manager, the ability to interact daily with a wide variety of sales teams/stores, as well as high level executive team members gives me a great perspective on where we are as a company today, and where we are heading in the future. CTG has some of the best retail hours out there and treat its employees with respect, while rewarding them with very competitive pay and commissions. Great products, great turn around times, great service, and great people!!!

Cons

As a regional Manager there is a lot of travel involved and time on the road, but that is to be expected when managing multi unit retail across several states.
