Pros

As a store manager you are left alone to do your job. No micro managing by your Regional Sales Manager. Great showrooms in the newer stores. Management is looking to make some serious changes in the near future and are fully engaged.

Cons

Pay isn't great in our area of the country. A little below average and it would be pretty easy to leave and go elsewhere to earn more. Pay for store associates is on the low side as well, which makes it tough to hire top sales people. Tough to grow when you can't hire top people.
