Pros

Great company to work for. The base pay is very good plus you get commissions on sales and store bonus. They offer a 401k now as well. There are a lot of opportunities for promotion with the growth in sales that is taking place.

Cons

We use a lot of different apps to get the job done, but that is supposed to be changing soon.

Pros

For the most part, I get to do my own thing. I work at my desk and don't necessarily feel supervised. My boss doesn't mind when I take vacation time every once in a while. The environment is pretty easy going.

Cons

The people in higher management positions are driven by money. Money money money. There is no room for creativity here. This is a sales job- not a design job. My boss told me everything I wanted to hear in order for me to take the job. Commission isn't all that and hourly pay is low.

This is a company that truly cares about it's employees. I just love the culture and the money is very good. My first year I made over 100K!

Cons

No time for lunch with how busy we are. But my husband makes a pretty mean sandwich.
