The company has grown so much in the last few years. With great leadership. The next few years are going to be even better. Adding in install services. Counter top options. Flooring. Sky is the limit. Can't wait for the next ten years

Cons

With all growth there are obstacles. But how we over come them is awesome. The only con might be that with over seas product there is always a stock hurdle. The last few years we have done much better with those though. No real cons that I see.

Pros

You can make as much money as you want to. Opening new stores almost every month. Every month is record breaking sales, which mean more money for everyone. Health benefits, 401k, great people, team atmosphere, want some excitement in your job? Come here. 9-6 M-Sat. Sunday off!

Cons

Fast pace, not a ton of structured training. Always busy, sometimes not enough time for lunch. Can’t wait for the next change!
