The best part about working for this company is driving 15 minutes to work.
Cons
The worst thing about this company is the following in no special order. Upper management was replaced a few years ago. since that time there has been a severe disconnect between management and employees. Parts getting the parts and tools needed to do the job correctly and timely is impossible. There are 5 different locations to find parts and other coworkers hide parts to be a hero. there is no organization of the parts. My immediate supervisor doesn't pass on vital information to us. Scheduling is horrible. expect to work weekend and all holidays except Christmas day. This company is hemorrhaging employees due to horrible upper management.
