Pros

Excellent leadership, good safety culture. Even with several different shift and many employees Cabot still has a family feel to it.

Cons

With many long term employees advancement opportunities are not always available.

Cabot has many opportunities for a person to carve out a career. We are a large organization, but operate at times like a family owned business. There is always a chance to get up from your day job and learn other parts of the business.

Cons

There can be so much task work to do, at times, it can be hard to find time for uninterrupted flow work.
