Pros

Cabot has many opportunities for a person to carve out a career. We are a large organization, but operate at times like a family owned business. There is always a chance to get up from your day job and learn other parts of the business.

Cons

There can be so much task work to do, at times, it can be hard to find time for uninterrupted flow work.

Pros

Cabot is (somehow) more Vermont than Ben & Jerrys. A great set of products, a huge Vermont/New England manufacturer that supports family farms and the working landscape. The pay is fair and the work environment is supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Corporate communications could be better, but are improving. A lot of the IT systems are antiquated and require some time to understand, but provide lots of opportunities to improve things.
