Opportunity to grow, Very stable business, It's a Co-operative owned by 800 farm families, and a B Corp - using business as a force for good. Great colleagues, and the farmers are very involved. Incredible to have pension and 401k match. Plus generous time off.
Cons
Fast paced and can be demanding. Great for hard workers, but it isn't for everyone.
