great pay work with the industry's best by far. great benefits, you get a food account as well as discounts for you and your guests when you dine out side of the times you are working. upper management are great to work for strong integrity and great decision making. They do a great job with hiring and we work with the best in the biz.

Cons

no real issues what so ever they are a fantastic company to work for.

I worked at the English Bay location and It was a great summer job. The management and leadership is great at this location, and the co-workers are wonderful.

The negatives to working at Cactus Club Cafe are that you do sacrifice some of your work-life balance due to the nature of working in the restaurant industry
