Disappointing, management did not live up to their promises.

-Very flexible with scheduling and getting time off if needed -Great staff training program -Very receptive to employee feedback

Cons

There seemed to be a lot of issues with management. On any given shift there were at least 3-4 managers so it was confusing as to who to listen to. Certain managers were unprofessional and gave special favors to friends.
