Pros

Interacting with some really great co-workers. Those not part of the clicks can be fun to work. Some really great customers do come to the restaurant and great friendships can develop.

Cons

Majority of the staff are very "clicky" and if you are not part of that click, you will never feel like you are part of the team but it is impossible to get accepted so you are pretty much isolated when you are working. If you are not liked by management watch out!

No benefits. Pay was almost nothing, but tips made up for that.
