Over the past three years morale has plummeted. The hierarchical reporting changed and with it many jobs were down graded across the board. The decision is you make the money if you work for “Mr. Top of the Heap,” therefore, supporting the “little guys” (V.P.s, Directors, Managers, employees) gets you no where ever. This affected engineers, administrators, hourly personnel, contractors and hit every business unit across the company. Last month we (hourly employees) were notified that we will not longer be eligible for the company KC bonus twice a year. It is also confirmed that the exempts and executive staff will continue to receive their twice yearly company bonus. Slap me across the face with discrimination! Then, we find out that our stock options are null and we are no longer offered the incentives we had. To top it off, yesterday I find out that our leader makes $13 Million Dollars a year! His residence is paid by the company and there are no stock limitations for him. Yet, I hear from my boss that I am here to do his work for him. What is up with this company?
