Cons

Since schools are acquired, they are not made to follow the (Cadence) curriculum. Not all cadences teach the same thing.

It’s so hard to get a raise. I had to threaten to leave every time I wanted a decent raise.

Corporate makes decisions for all schools that only make sense in some schools. HR accessibility feels lacking
