Cadence Academy in Pine Meadow is a top of the line center. After working there for 8 years, I can truly say that the school culture is similar to that of family. The team of staff, the school director, and the families are absolutely incredible. I would recommend this center to anyone with little ones. The staff feel like an extension of family and the center feels like an extension of home. There is an excellent PTO package, sick time, and benefits available for employees. Staff are very appreciated.

Pros

Director is well educated, professional, and hardworking. Teachers work hard, are creative, and love the kids. Convenient to surrounding neighborhoods. Has lots of community events that are always fun and kids love it!

Cons

School needs to be updated; new flooring, paint, playgrounds, etc. Pool needs to either function or be filled in giving more play space. Classroom are too small for the ratios.

Amazing families and kids, great co workers

Cons

Terrible management from the top. HR does not respond in timely manner and when they do, they never follow back up. Regionals (at least mine) have their favorite centers/directors and let the others struggle. Never get a straight answer. The top people always say they are here for you and support you but never return emails or calls about concerns. Management works open to close all the time due to not having any help.
