      Great money, but I'm glad I'm gone.

      Pros

      Great money, fun atmosphere, only open three days a week, food only part of the shift

      Cons

      Long shifts (typically 10+ hour shifts for the money), bad, malicious management, too many untrained security guards around, dirty bars, outdated appliances

      Pretty good tipouts on weekends

      Cons

      Walking up and down the flight of stairs without a lot of room to work with. Worse than usual hourly pay for support positions.

      The company seems like it is moving in the right direction for the most part. Benefits and pay were good.

      Cons

      The locations are all very different and it was hard to define what the restaurants wanted to be.
