Generally, great employees due to the unit's hiring process. Interesting concept. Great curb appeal.

Cons

Terrible/non-existent corporate support. Muddled execution of concept. Management staff are over-worked and this, combined with no real-world support at the corporate level, creates apathy that can spread throughout the unit.
