Pros
They will offer a lot of money and sell you hard on what a great opportunity it is.
Cons
Not a stable environment. I was recruited hard for months. I turned their offer down. They continued to pursue me. Eventually after a few months of back and forth, they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. So I went. When I asked for information and data directly related to my role - such as labor cost - there was always an excuse or a redirect. Financial documents were not available for my eyes. The plant manager and Hr manager were always behind close doors together. I repeatedly asked HR for more employees and was given tons of excuses why they weren’t even attempting to hire. Around day 60 I noticed the controller wasn’t taking calls from creditors . I had found a major source material cost savings - 6 figure - and I was told to back off pursuing it around day 65. Day 74 I was “laid off”
