Recognition and new PTO policy 401k Match I like my manager.

Cons

Less overtime than there used to be. I still get around 10 hours a week, but I used to get 20.

Clean air-conditioned shop. Plenty of work. OT and the company treats the employees like people. Management is very approachable and lislistens my concerns.
