      Full of empty promises

      Pros

      I enjoy most of my coworkers and like my immediate supervisors. Free lunch in the employee dining room.

      Cons

      Was hired in a group of 20+ people, where we drew numbers for seniority. Shifts are not equally handed out to employees with same hire date. Seems that middle management is equally unhappy with unfulfilled promises. Was promised full time and benefits, quit a job for this place and average about 12 hours a week.

      It can be busy, for a few hours, every once in a while or depending on your shift.

      Cons

      Staring out waiting for something to do when tables are dead.

      Pros

      Many people have been there for 5+ years and are very knowledgeable about the systems and infrastructure. Occasionally, an area/team that definitely needs an overhaul get a new director and the opportunity to revitalize the team.

      Cons

      Sometimes connection power can keep a person in a position or elevate them to a position that they simply are not prepared for and are not yet capable of fulfilling the needs of their team. This does a disservice to their employees, leadership, and the efficiency of the entire team causing excellent employees to leave the team.
