      Willing to help employees meet their goals and find career strengths for employees that communicate the desire to grow and promote.

      Cons

      This is a 24/7 365 day company so do not seek employment if this is a problem for you. If you work on a casino floor you will be subjected to heavy cigarette smoke. If you are concerned for your health do not expect to be away from this environment.

      Pros

      Beautiful property, exciting atmosphere and great people. The pay was good and it was a stable job.

      Cons

      Working on call was very hard and made it impossible to have a life. This was not the fault of Caesar's but rather the scheduling rules that the union made them follow.
