      - definitely a meritocracy - management is excellent - RMs have a ton of responsibility and there are opportunities to gain additional responsibility if you're good

      Cons

      - living in Las Vegas isn't great - no presence in Asia prevents significant growth opportunity

      Pros

      You will work with a lot of fun people and the job is pretty easy as long as you can count.

      Cons

      Have to deal with a lot of high maintenance guests. But the rewards far outweigh the costs.
