      Good Benefits, great people to be around, fast paced environment

      Cons

      Caesars boasts about the endless possibilities for career advancement. If you are not a favorite, forget it. If you open your mouth about anything wrong in your department forget it, it will be reflected in your review. Managers that consistently make unfair decisions, favoritism is at its best and nothing is done. I have worked with some very talented people over the years and they are leaving one by one.
