Business Outlook
Pros
Friendly and helpful colleagues who are very supportive including the managers. Very calm during quiet-average times. Majority of customers are pleasant. Free membership to a leisure centre down the road (must put a deposit and only 5 employees can use at a time)
Cons
Wages are low. You are expected to read and learn a lot of pages on procedures, responsible gambling, casino policy etc... You can be expected to do a night shift one week (10pm-6AM), then suddenly do day shifts another week (6AM-2PM). Can be very stressful during busy period as a very small minority of customers can be rude and impatient.
