      first 5 years were excellent, cut backs are challenging

      Pros

      A lot of employee rally's to lift moral and create team work, health care, pharmacy, and fitness center free for employees and located on property is great. Competitive salaries (from what I know)

      Cons

      when cutting back there is a lot of work, stress, and challenges for the people left with double or triple or the work, Are they making it, yes, but an employer should also recognize those who are standing up and facing the challenges and be more understanding. I think the walk in our shoes program does help with that, maybe all management should have to do it,

      Pros

      Great people to work with, wide variety of experience for career growth.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance, very limited raises. Bonuses eliminated for anyone who isn't management. 401k contributions were eliminated and then reinstated with a cap of $500 in contributions. People I know who still work there continue to say it is getting worse and worse.
