If you know the right people, you can go places. It works the other way as well. Strong in marketing, finance and analytics.

Cons

Very person dependent culture that does not promote meritocracy, vast differences between management layers, workers are often unhappy and jump to competitors

Benefits and pay are competitive. Lots of properties so if you are open to transferring then this is a good company to be with.

Cons

It is a 24 hour, 7 day a week business so it is expected that employees work various shifts with holidays and weekends primary work days.
