Benefits include discounts on CZR-owned hotel stays, free tickets to shows, and depending on the property you're working at, an employee dining room where you can get free meals. They also have a decent 401k match which they currently switched to matching every pay period instead of a lump sum at the end of the year. In the finance department, they encourage you to move around, so if you're not riveted by your current position, you can switch fairly easily to a different department and try something new. Caesars promotes a welcominag culture where there are not large barriers between management and staff. It allows the newbies to feel heard and appreciated.

Cons

They tend to promote people to manager positions before they are equipped to do the job, so the lack of experienced leaders can be frustrating. That said, people tend to do a good job of working together, so you can often find someone who will help you problem solve when need-be.
