      Pros

      Many properties to transfer within company. Good hourly and benefits. Good money

      Cons

      Used to be customer satisfaction driven until Covid. Post covid is all about bottom line, cutting payroll, and understaffing bars which makes you work twice as hard while making the customers wait. Unfortunately the bean counter now runs the company and the guest and employee are both second class citizens.

      Pay doesn't adjust with inflation. Upper management is just horrible. You are lied to about everything including how safe parking is to how much work you actually have to do
