Pros
None. Since the merger with Eldorado, this company went through various waves of reduction of work force, laying off entire departments. Who does the additional work you ask? THE WORKING BEES.... while management director and above shove their pockets with money and have no clue nor show any interests in their employees.
Cons
Terrible stressful environment. No work life balance. NO PTO!!! It’s called FTO (flexible time off) now and is solely based on your relationship with your manager. Terrible! Really went down hill. If you apply internally with another department, you never get an interview, not even a phone call. No work- life balance. No career opportunities, except you’re liked by management.
