      Decent pay for what you do. Most employees are nice to work with.

      Do NOT get trapped in this job by the disillusionment of money. This job (notice I didn't say career), WILL take a toll on you. It's not meant for long-term. Beware! Extremely difficult to obtain full-time. No benefits for neither part-time nor on-call employees. Inconsistent schedules. Constant outside evaluations by disgruntled players who lost money. Unexperienced pit bosses/floor supervisors with poor communication skills. Favorites are played big time in this company.
