Generally Good Experience for a Large Company

Pros

Company is very large, and they give you freedom to move around at the corporate level. Very liberal with location transfers and promotions in some departments. The technology they have is amazing (on some teams), and they're open to training you on their dime, which is great, especially for entry level employees.

Cons

Very political work environment, but this is true in any large corporate environment.
