Pros

No experience or education? Not a problem. Just find an insider.

Cons

Arrogant, unqualified "professionals". Cut-throat environment, unethical managers and supervisors, no work-life balance.

Pros

The best things about working at Caesars Entertainment is working for the largest gaming company in the world. With this comes great connectivity, the largest data base of casino customers, and a variety of resort products owned under the Caesars Entertainment Brands.

Cons

The company has restructured multiple times in the last few years, leaving the work force thin, overworked, under appreciated, and constantly in fear of your job security. Instead of the company leading as an innovator and industry leader, the company opperates in a "knee-jerk" reactive invironment that constantly puts the employees as the casualty.
