- nothing this company has NO morals

Cons

- working without breaks - terrible management skills - this company breaks laws, regulations, and should be fined. - no sense of appreciation - claims to have an “open door” policy but in reality the HR time NEVER answers the phone: as a joke I called after being sent through an automated system, was told by the machine someone would be with me in a few minutes; I went to bed in the morning I was still on hold: nobody ever answered.

Pros

The coworkers there are very nice to work with and will help you if you need them. Also, there is tip-sharing so no matter where you work, you will get an even cut of tips.

Cons

You always have to be working, if there is a lull of customers you are required to be cleaning and restocking, even if you have already cleaned and restocked everything that needed it. And if you work afternoon shift, it will be messy, since morning shift does not get much of an opportunity to clean, since it is so busy.
