Pros

Stability, growth, people development - Largest franchisee in the world and continuously growing. Great leadership from the CEO and Owners (family). People are treated with respect, dignity and appreciation for the hard rock! You will not be disappointing to come work here!

Cons

Manual work processes that could be avoided if converted to technological processes.

Pay was better than average for Manager of a Dunkin Donuts.

Cons

No support from upper management, expected me to turn store around in three weeks. Was one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area, staff was not trained, not enough employees for the amount of business, training was a joke, sent me to a store to train, instead I was making coffee 95% of the time and not learning anything. Definitely set up for failure.
