Pros

Family atmosphere, internal promotions and development opportunities. Great leaders and training department is awesome (I’m biased). When you have great soft skills and leadership capabilities the sky can be the limit.

Cons

As in all QSR leadership roles plans often get derailed and others make their emergencies your urgencies. Have to be an excellent multi-tasker and never forget the basics.

Family owned and operated company with great culture, casual dress code, dunking donuts treats, different events for employees, good management that provide clear direction and allow employees to execute. Managment is flexible, understanding and very helpfull.

Cons

The company grows rapidly and some changes may be beneficial to assure most efficient operations. The company can take advantage of more advanced software in certain areas and updated procedures.
