Friendly work environment, management is open to new ideas, work life balance, great opportunities to move from within the company, owned by a family, so it's not stuffy and impersonal like other corporate environments, working with wonderful colleagues who I am learning and growing with.

This company sucks :( I need a raise

Been working there for 5 years and just found out that I have vacation pay lost 123 hours only got 40 of it haven't had a pay raise since the first day I started..... no advancements minimum wage is going up to 10 75 here in New York and now they're saying that is my raise no that is not my raise that is minimum wage that is a standard by the state of New York......syracuse ny if you have an issue call me

Cons

Apply other places. No recognition for hard work. You work 6 or 7 days. Clock in for 48 hours only
