Great family company with advancement opportunities for everyone at all levels. The harder an employee works, the more recognition they will receive. Bonuses also available for some revenue generating positions.

The best thing of working for this company are 2 things, 1st being 3 o'clock when you leave, and second being Friday when you get paid

Cons

Pay is horrible for what they expect out of you, upper management is clueless, I had 20 district managers over the 4 years with the company. I felt as if I got promoted to anything above store manager that I'd get fired for the unfair reasons other district managers were getting let go for. You mine as well work as a crew member they make as much as the managers do after tips 😂
