I have the opportunity to work for an amazing company in a fulfilling work environment which I feel is crucial to any employee. My employer Cafua Management Company Franchisee of Dunkin Donuts is a friendly, professional and productive workplace. I feel eager to go to work each day because I have a sense of appreciation and pride. It’s all in the details once an employee feels their not just a number, workplace dynamics change significantly. Knowing my employer takes note of my effective and productive job sense in addition to a healthy work-life balance that’s priceless.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any displeasing concerns as of yet.

Pros

Upper management and owners are very focused on growing the company providing opportunity to grow. Great amount of support available from all levels of management and owners. No late nights mostly daytime schedule good for people with families. Compensation based on performance and greater responsibility.

Cons

Technology is not always the greatest being franchisees (can't control a lot of the features or service)

Pros

It is a very friendly environment, everyone knows and understands their job. I have learned a lot in the six months that I have been here and I continue to learn everyday. It is a relaxed environment and management is hands on and are there when you need them. It also pays well.

Cons

The one thing for me is the insurence benefits, If you are covering more than yourself, it is a little high. We do have some paid Holidays off, but there are some that I wish we could get as well.
