Low pay No benefits High pressure Demanding As a manager your life will be consumed by this company Empty Promises Employees earn Minimum wage Therefore high turnover Unreasonable expectation from people earning 8.05 an hour Very little time for cleaning, allows 30 mins after close for cleaning.. unacceptable for a busy restaurant No set positions or schedule, employees are expected to be able to run the store by themselves and work beyond their schedule at minimum wage Mum's (district managers) don't care about their managers, staff or customers.. they only care about numbers. As manager don't expect to receive any kind of support from your MUM unless your lucky enough to get one that cares

Broad scope of responsibilities. Hands on experience with all aspects of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Year-End close. Great Team environment

Cons

Unrealistic expectations on deadlines and volume of workload per employee. Significant amount of overtime in order to meet deadlines. Minimal raises and no bonuses. Salary wage on low-end of average pay-scale.

Pros

Free coffee free donuts but that is about all there is to mention and you only get these while on the clock.

Cons

Well the owner is stingy as Scrooge. Won't pay time and a half on Sunday's or holidays. Offers no benefits. Management is petty and immature I've been threatened with physical violence from my manager. They force us to take unpaid half hour breaks for a 6 hour or longer shift. Yet policy states we have to remain according to state law I should have a paid break. All in all mark cafua needs to leave the Business world.
