The best thing of working for this company are 2 things, 1st being 3 o'clock when you leave, and second being Friday when you get paid

Cons

Pay is horrible for what they expect out of you, upper management is clueless, I had 20 district managers over the 4 years with the company. I felt as if I got promoted to anything above store manager that I'd get fired for the unfair reasons other district managers were getting let go for. You mine as well work as a crew member they make as much as the managers do after tips 😂

Great pay, good benefits, great support team, organized, growing, good training, supportive leadership.

Cons

Lack of Restaurant Managers per location. No management bench. Management trainee trained in quality locations then placed in unfavorable situations. Many good candidates quit because the transition was to difficult. Can't seem to keep Restaurant Managers once they are trained. High turnover in crew level positions as well. Constant revolving door.
