Pros

Incredible benefits, including unlimited PTO and Professional Development, WFH environment, access to the office

Cons

- TEAL organization (look it up!): "no hierarchy" - everyone is their own boss, can create their own role description, name their own salary if they can justify it. Sounds like a Pro, but it actually is quite chaotic, and leaves junior and mid-level talent to fend for themselves. - The HR team of 1 involves themselves on the Sales team and ultimately becomes unable to act in a true HR capacity

Pros

- Continuous improvement is part of the culture. - Encourages collaboration, team work and peer reviews. - Perfectionists with regard to the highest quality deliverables. The culture is very unique: - No game playing/cya - No grudges - There is a general desire to help make each other as successful as possible. The culture feels West Coast (more specifically, Portland, OR mixed with a little San Fran).

Cons

The one East coast thing I see is the reluctancy to invite a new person into the fold. It can take a while to feel included and part of the team. You have to go through a prove yourself phase. During that time, you could feel discouraged and like an outsider. It passes in due time and then from then on, your good. The company is currently working on striking the right balance between collaboration and clear decision making.
