The pay was a great starting salary.

Cons

Lack of management and very unhappy, negative employees. Inconsistent work hours, long days, and no employee breaks or lunches when covering for coworkers. Very old equipment.

A recent hire of a new manager that shows great promise of good change

Cons

This entire place has a secret society of family members and friends of family and if you aren't either of those you will just be used no matter how well qualified you are or how many years of experience you have. You will not be sent to school, you will not be trained, and a slotted for only new guy jobs if you aren't one of the in crowd. Also the management and engineers only go to meetings here
