Pros

Most of the other drivers at my plant seem easy-ish to get along with. During your training period, you'll most likely get a good amount of hours.

Cons

- After training period the amount of hours drastically decreases. Due to personell seniority and demand for concrete being at the bottom of the totem pole means you're last to get called in for work. - Listening to employees who've been working here longer complaining about having to sit around while they're literally getting paid to sit there and waiting for the next load.
