A lot of hours available to those who want them, plenty of overtime, decent starting pay. Great benefits

Cons

Not much life outside of work, alot of weekend work needed from them. Not much room for moving up

They have every holiday off and they let you work a half day the weekday before. They office building is nice and had a nice kitchen.

Cons

Toxic employee that work there, it seemed the longer you were employed the worse you can treat new people. Zero communication, no team work at all. Chained to the cubical. All of the upper management and VP's were all relatives which made holding people accountable impossible. They hire people with little or no experience for a good reason, the environment was suited for those trying to gain work experience and had no idea colleagues were not dictators, they are suppose to be team members. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
