Have been with company for 7 years. Best job I've ever had. Great culture, comp. is good, and insurance benefits really exceptional. Love the work environment and people. Not a "sexy" industry but really gets into your blood.

Cons

Long hours and early starts. It's the construction business!

Stable company. Very conservative fiscally so they make it through the down turns well. Decent benefits with medical and 401k.

Cons

Bonus program is not what they advertise. Management is lacking in employee development skills and singles out select employees while claiming to be fair.
