Pros

Job security. We are a growing company which is amazing. Hopefully this means more promotions, better benefits, and more employee events. Most people are very nice here as well. I've only met a handful of bad lemons, which is not bad compared to the size of the company.

Cons

Sadly, most of these reviews are true. Favoritism is an absolute disease here. If you work here long enough and become BFF with the boss, you'll have a higher salary, take 2 hour lunches, come in late, leave early, do minimal work while the rest of us are working our butts off. Lately, people here have been dropping like flies. Leaving for better companies because there isn't a lot of growth here or people want more than just a paycheck. It's sad to see people who have worked here for 5-10 years and then all of a sudden leaving. It has come quite clear to me that people want more than just a job. We have ok benefits and 401K but that's about it. We do not have tuition reimbursement anymore either which is sad. I could definitely see myself working here for 10 years if we start to slowly improve things.

Pros

Well established company with good benefits and job security. Great work/life balance and culture in the office is welcoming.

Cons

Corporate can be somewhat bureaucratic and out of touch with day to day operations. Compensation is fair to start but can be difficult to earn merit increases.

Pros

High level of responsibility, you have full control of quality in the plant. Very safety oriented! Good benefits.

Cons

Poor training, bad hours, not valued as an employee. Lack of respect from hourly employees. Avoid salary positions, hourly lab guys make $5k a year more with no degree.
